Double booked my appointment even though I booked over a month in advance. Sat there for 30 mins and then had a full set of lashes rushed on my face in 34 mins. They weren’t what I asked for at all. I get natural cat eye with 12-14s C curls. I was given the ugliest spider leg looking lashes I have ever seen and cried so much after I left. She quickly rushed out with me and onto the next client. She also tried to charge me an extra $10? Assuming for the type of lashes she gave me that I didn’t ask for. I didn’t have time to go back because I was leaving for the weekend

I bought a 90 minute couples massage and facial on groupon. We arrived and went to our room. There was no consultation about pressure, areas of pain, type of skin problems, or allergies. The massage was only 30 minutes and only included back, neck and shoulders. The facial was relaxing, but we had to wait 15 minutes while a mask dried. The room had fluorescent lights, was cold and we could here people talking loudly nearby. Not a great relaxation environment.

The place is clean and the staff are nice and friendly. Making an appointment is easy. I’m not trying to hurt a small business, but overall the service felt average. I booked a 90-minute deep-clean facial, but the session lasted barely an hour that including 15 mins you have to wait for the mask. I don’t mind a quicker service if it’s efficient, but I felt there were several areas that could be improved. For example, there was no hot steam used before extractions, which has been standard everywhere else I’ve been. I paid $120 plus tip because the service was completed, but I honestly didn’t feel it was worth the price. Not recommended at all
